I see it has an onscreen display now just like the Pro’s on previous gen’s, nice feature to have on the cheaper model. Some people are saying the iPhone 17 is as good as the iPhone 17 Pro, which is interesting. What are your thoughts on it? I may have a look at it in Costco today to see what I think.

I’ve got an iPhone 12 but, I’m waiting for 18 or 19 before upgrading.
I think I will wait until the iPhone 21. 🙂

The price of the IPhone 17 was £778 in store at Costco today. Couldn’t really see how it was different because it was locked in a case. Apparently you need an eSIM too, that’s me waiting then for the iPhone 21.

I’m on a 13 mini, which is increasingly hard for me to read, and the battery runs down much more quickly, despite careful app settings. They seem to hover around 80% battery, the threshold where Apple will replace them.

It’s still worth about £170px which is worthwhile discount on a 17.

I had the iPhone 13 mini and traded it in for the iPhone 14 Pro and got £300 for it at the Apple shop.

The iPhone 17 does look good.
