I see Bryston have had to make significant changes to their warranty.
Their equipment had an excellent 20 year warranty until recently.
Don't know about digital gear but, because of potential lack of spare parts over that period, it has been dropped to ten years and is now non-transferable.I haven’t seen that. I remember the twenty years, which PMC also offered, seemed a bit of a con as it only applied to the original owner. I’d much rather have Linn’s 5 years or ATC’s 6 years which applies to the product, not the owner, as it’s then transferable.
PS. Has it dropped to just ten, and five on digital gear?
