An easy one for you tech guys, SONY BDV-360FS

Hi,

I have just taken delivery of a BDV-360FS system. I also have a SKY+HD box. What is the best way of wiring this up?

Is it as simple as leaving the HD box running into the TV, then running an optical cable from the TV into the surround amp, whilst also running the blue ray via HDMI into the TV?

Sorry its such a simple question, but the manual has confused the life out of me.
