amplifier for celestion ditton 44

Hi, I'm searching for a good amplifier for my celestion ditton 44.
I wanted to know if you knew this model and you could advise me a good
amplifier to drive it, with an accurate sound and low frequences of
quality and with a button's for the setting of the tonality (like
"bass" treble).
I'm ready to pay between 500 and 1000 euro's for the amplifier.

Do you want to go classic or modern? I'd be very tempted to try a vintage Sansui AU999 with those speakers...
