Amp advice

Hi all

Finally decided to replace my home theater system with a hi fi set up. I sold off all the old kit except for a wharfedale diamond sw 150 (undecided about what to do with it). I had the intention of buying an Arcam A-19 and pair it with bookshelf speakers, so i thought the sub might come in handy. However as far as i can tell the sub wont work on the Arcam? Can someone advise me what amps would work with the active sub or should i just forget about using that sub? Many thanks. D

The Arcam should work with a Sub by using its "Pre Out".

For bookshelf speakers, I'd recommend that you put Q Acoustics Concept 20s on your demo list.

The other Amps to check out would be The Creek Evo 50A, Rega Elex-R and Musical Fidelity M3si.

Thanks for the response. I thought the issue was something to do with the volume not going up and down, so thats not an issue? Good news then
