Superb film, I'm so surprised that it is not available yet...unless someone know something I don't?

I'd expect Sam Mendes to be pretty hands-on for this, but he's been busy elsewhere with new film releases etc.

There's definitely a good HD transfer of American Beauty out there - enjoyed it on Sky+HD recently - so I look forward to the UK Blu-ray
