Guys/Gals,

I currently have Bose Acoustimass 10 speakers which I plan to keep. I want to achieve the best quality I can with music play back. I plan to purchase the Yamaha RX-N600D amp with Monitor Audio BR5 and Denon 1930 DVD. Can anyone forsee any conflicts with this setup? I believe I will gain a good level of home cinema and music.

I have noticed the BR5's have been paired against substantially more expensive amps than I am considering. I have chosen these items based on features and my budget. Any feedback would be most appreciated.

Thanks

JEL

Hi

I have the RX-N600D and really like the amp (If you haven't already, take a look at Twonky for your Media Server), at the moment it's just running with an old pair of Panasonics but need to upgrade.

I'm also leaning towards the BR5's as they have a good spec, get really good reviews and look the business, also looking at the Q Acoustics range and the Yamaha NS-225F, bit more food for thought for you. Be interesting to know how you get on, let us know.
