Am I going deaf - PS3 vs CD Player

Connect the ps3 to your amp directly and after that with optical digital in your rotel. Then compare to the rotel spinning a disc. This way you compare harddisc to cd and the ps3's dac to the rotel's one. Best way to make up your mind IMHO.
