Airplay Receivers: do any stream video?

My wife hates extra wires, boxes and remotes so are there any AV amps or receivers that can stream both music and video, as in the Apple TV?
And if not, do you think its a function worth waiting for?

None of the AV receivers currently support AirPlay video. I think Apple hasn't extended license for streaming video via AirPlay yet. So no idea when will this come to AV receivers.

Are there any that have a video media streaming capability built in? So I can connect a NAS drive to my system to play films through the receiver?
