Advice needed on how to set up sound system

Hello Everyone.

After much grief and considerable expense (beans on toast for a while), I am close to finishing a loft conversion.

The 2 new bedrooms have been claimed by my 13 year old twins and I have installed ceiling speakers in their rooms. I havent used dediacted ceiling speakers as I have been advised their not very good so opted for some others.

speaker cable has been run, and 2 sub woofers have been purchased.

This is as far as I have got.

Question 1 - what type of amp should I get?

Question 2 - the speaker cable is in a void where the amp will sit. What the easiest, tidiest method of connecting to the sub woofer, as I am assuming the sub will have to be out in the room and not in an enclosed void like the amp.

Question 3- my children will want to use their gadjets to play music. I have purchased a bluetooth box of tricks, is this a good idea?

Question 4 - should I have a permanant connection for the gadjets, as an alternative to bluetooth?

Question 5 - Is there anything else I should consider??

All advice is gratefully recieved. I hope my questions are not too daft.
