Hi all, I am upgrading my trusty marantz sr6011 to a Denon x6700.
My current system the left and right go through the stereo amp (pre then bryston 4b sst2). I also use an Arcam P7 to biamp center then power the 4 surround channels.

Will the Denon be more than enough for center and surrounds and get rid of the Arcam? Or keep and use the Denon as a processor only?

Thanks

The front 3 speakers are monitor audio pl300 and c350.

Assuming you like the sound of the Bryston and Arcam amps, why not get a dedicated AV preamp? Seems like the Denon would be wasting money on amplification that you'd never use. Effectively you'd be buying a mid-range pre-amp and mid-range amps in one box when you could get a high-end preamp for the same price. And the rest of your kit says high-end is the way to go.
