55EG960V LG HDR firmware update, PlayStation Pro When!!!!!

Hi guys,

'enjoying my lovely 55EG960V[/b] and with PlayStation recently announcing the PlayStation pro

to be 4K and HDR compatible I'm feeling rather chuffed my TV supports both,

'however I believe I need a firmware update to get HDR, does anyone know when this firmware update will be released???

I presume you have the ZD model then? You need to contact LG but I believe they are now charging people to do the HDR and 2.0a HDMI sockets to make it a ZA.

Reading your post again I think you are asking for something else to do with Playstation, sorry can't help.

Actually just checked,

I have got the ZD model that comes with HDMI 2.0a as standard

and to improve my situation LG pushed out a software update recently and now I have HDR working too!

just tested on a usb and sure enough up pops a bubble that says "HDR is now enabled"

so I now have a fully 4K OLED HDR TV, nice.....
