Some how Amazon didn't cancel my trial period and I got charged £80 for Prime the other day! Managed to phone up today though and get it canacelled and I got a refund.

What you really mean is you failed to cancel membership during the free trial period and was therefore converted too and charged for becoming a full Prime Member...

I swear I did though, I also cancelled the Amazon.com account and checked that today and that was cancelled okay.
