After reading the review of the new 32" Panny lcd, I am confused about "4:4 pulldown." It says in the review that 4:4 pulldown is "not true 24fps," but I thought 4:4 pulldown simply meant that the tv shows each frame four times - so 24fps becomes 96Hz, much like Pioneer's tvs show 24fps content at 72Hz, which I would have thought could be described as 3:3 pulldown. So, what exactly does "4:4 pulldown" mean?
I know this might not be that important, but I do understand about 3:2 pulldown and frame-rate conversion and stuff, and this is bugging me so could someone put me out of my misery and explain this to me?
