37 inch telly!

if you had £800 to spend which 37in tv would you buy? just for watching virgin tv, no blueray or hd gettin used on it.

my heads about to explode theres so many to choose from?

thought id found the one with philips 37pfl7603d but not 100htz :-(

If it's a good picture and you like the set, I wouldn't worry about 100Hz. Use your eyes for a TV purchase, not the spec list.

i think id go for the Sony KDL-37W5500 or the panasonic TX-L37G15 both can be found online within your budget, the pansonic is probably safer bet as sony has had problems with backlight issues. i have a similar dilemma for screen size 40-46....its a mindfield but you should invest some time in visiting differnent shops to see the tvs displaying differnent material in different conditions, although both the above tvs have five stars so should be a good investment! by the way im no expert lol just spent the last few weekends looking at tvs for myself and overall id say sony and panasonic have the best pictures imo
