250 to spend on all in one home cinema system. please help..

I have a budget of 250 to spend on a all in one home cinema system, i dont need blu ray i just want to plug my xbox360 and sky+hd box into via digital inputs.

I have looked at the panasonic pt480 and also the sony dz330, can anyone help choice either these 2 or another model.

If you could strech to another £50 on your budget the Onkyo HTS3305 should meet your needs.
