Okay, this seems to be a poorly covered size when it comes to reviews etc. I know there's been some coverage in the past in the mag but there seems to be more models available now than previously as manufacturers recognise there is actually a market out there.
Is it enough take the review of a bigger model and use it as a reliable indicator for the smaller version, for performance anyway rather than specs?
I've been looking at several but when they're lined up on the shelf in Curry's it's almost impossible to accurately assess them. Anyway the three models I'm considering are
Toshiba 23W330DB
Samsung LE23R88BDX
Sony KDL23B4050
although I'm open to suggestions of other models. Living in Northern Ireland does restrict my choice a bit but I can certainly try to track them down.
I don't watch too much off-air TV so DVD performance is the most important aspect. It'll be in a bedroom and not hooked up to any sound system so needs to have decent sound directly from the TV. And when I press volume up or down I expect it to do so, not a few seconds later.
Thanks in advance.
