    The LG 65 E6 Stand.

Thanks for the replies, Gel, and yes I did assemble the stand on the E6 with the four M4 bolts supplied. It is only when you touch the stand that the screen wobbles, but of course it does need dusting from time to time and I can't help thinking that in time this slightly flexible stand joint is...

    The LG 65 E6 Stand.

My new 65" LG OLED arrived yesterday and was soon in place and connected, but I am concerned at the quality of the stand which seems very flexible. The top of the screen moves easily a couple of inches. Are the stands for this model all like this?

    Would I appreciate 4k?

Thanks, Umbucker, What you say makes good sense to me - maybe it's a bit early to go down the 4 k route. In the meantime, I'm still waiting for the BBC to broadcast in 1080p! Geoff

    Would I appreciate 4k?

Thanks, Gents, for your responses to my post, I appreciate your help. Apparently my broadband speed of 22 Mbps is not quite fast enough to stream 4k from Netflix so I wouldn't have a lot of content to watch if I did take the plunge and treat myself right away - I think I'll wait awhile and see...

    Would I appreciate 4k?

I was watching the new Planet Earth II Sunday evening on a 65" Panny plasma and was thrilled by the quaility of the filming and it made me think: 'Would 4k really be that much better?' I had been thinking of buying a 65" LG OLED E6, but I'm wondering just how much better the picture would be. I...

Yamaha YSP-2200 sound bar or LG NB3520A soundbar.

I was really interested to read Phil's post and to read that he has had good results from his sound-bar. I shall certainly try 'tweaking' mine again!

Good Luck with the engineer, I hope you get a permanent repair. By the way, how long have you had your Kuro?

Yamaha YSP-2200 sound bar or LG NB3520A soundbar.

For what it's worth, I've had my Yamaha YSP2200 for several months, and it's the one piece of equipment that I very much regret buying! I've messed about with the settings many times but still can't get any rear sound effects at all; however, to be fair to the Yamaha, the front sounds wide and...

    Calling all 50GT50 owners!!

I haven't heard any buzzing from my gt50. If yours is really annoying, maybe you could send it back? When you get it sorted, you'll be thrilled with it. I've had mine eight months and the picture seems better than ever!

    Quell my madness

Just to put the other side of the discussion: I recently moved my Panasonic GT50 into another room and replaced it with a Panasonic ST65 - by the way we sit with our eyes about 10 feet from the screen in that room. Watching standard definition is OK (very watchable), the 65" Panasonic does its...

    Soundbar for Samsung UE55ES8000

I've had my ysp2200 for six months now and still can't get a decent surround sound from it no matter how I set it up. If I were you I would listen to one very carefully before you splash out £700+ on a set up that could easily be bettered with seperates.

Which Soundbar shall i go for?????

Chewy is right, Mick, if you can get an audition you can make your own mind up if a soundbar suits your expectations. I've had my YSP2200 for a few months now and to me it's been a bit of a disappointment - I've been unable to get anything approaching proper surround sound although I've tried...
