Just a thought check your warranty - mine has a two year warranty. Their customer support people are very helpful, but will ask for proof of purchase - either a receipt or credit card/bank statement

I do love the Zeppelin, and think its a great way to use your ipod indoors, but I find the speakers are to close together to 'fill' a room, but does go loud enough for a enjoyable listen. I also find if its positioned in a corner, it can get a little too bass happy. All in all, it is well worth considering.
