Yamaha RX-V379 vs Yamaha RX-V479

Hello

Looking to buy my first AV receiver. Dont know anything about AV just been reading various reviews/forums etc. The V379 has been given a good review and within my budget. An extra £50 will get you the V479 any reason not to get the V479? will the sound be better on V479? etc. Any opinions would be great or alternatives.

For the extra, you'll be getting features. Sound wise they'll more than likely be pretty much identical.

more you spend in the same range the more power, and more features you get, sound wise will be almost the same.
