Yamaha RX-A6A and three speaker setups

Hello everyone,

this is my first post, so let me start by greeting you all warmly.

I have a question for Yamaha RX-A6A owners. I need to configure three speaker setups: 5.1, 2.1, and 0.1 (sub only). Is this even possible with this receiver? So far, I've managed to set up 5.1 and 2.1 using Pattern1 and Pattern2, but my question is whether it's possible to configure a third speaker arrangement.

Got a replay from yamaha support that this is not possible to have another pattern in RX-A6A . They wrote that RX-A8A has more patterns but I wouldn't be able anyway to run just a subwoofer w/o front speakers.
