What's your budget? What sort of speakers are you looking for? Floor standers? Would Monitor Audio Apex suit your budget?

As already mentioned - is there a budget involved? And what type of speaker package are you after? A sub/sat type system? A hi-fi speaker based system with large floorstanders as front left/right? Or discreet in wall/in ceiling?

I have the older version of this, I have the Yamaha RX-A2010, in the kitchen. I use it with the Eltax Shine range of speakers, and I'm happy with the sound. However, I'm sure that the 2020 would go well with a great range of speakers.

Rick at Musicraft please: I wonder if you could answer another thread in the AV receivers section, asking whether the Yamaha RX-A3030 is much better than the RX-A3020? Myself I doubt it, since the 3020 was already so good. The 3030 will have more modern features though, but I'm not in a position to say.
