does anybody have rumors of facts about the Yamaha 2010 AV receiver line? Duen when? Spec? Models? etc.

No, I can't speak Japanese. And yes, a trip to Japan will be great - I haven't been for years. The chance for travel (even if you rarely see much beyond the airport, conference rooms and factory floors) is one of the job's benefits, for sure.

It'll be an excellent chance to see not only what's in store for 2010, but talk to the engineers about developments for the years ahead. We'll be bringing you some interesting blogs, I hope!

Should I wait for it? or buy one from the current range?? RX-V1900 or RX-V2065??

Not much wrong with the current models, unless your concerned with 3D compatibility and the like.

i am interested in the 765 having just got rid of Pioneer 1017. So with all this HDMI 1.4 I am wondering whether to wait or just buy the 765
