wrong HDMI from subscription

Hi, has anyone had problems getting the wrong HDMI cable from the magazine subsciption.

Today I received the chord company HDMI 0.5m cable when I should be getting a QED performance HDMI 1.0m which was part of april's magazine offer, the cable I received is of no use to me as it is too short.

I've e-mailed Haymarket to see what can be done, has this happened to anyone else?
