fh and musicraft get a lot of advertising on this forum partly because they participate but also because a lot of threads seem to start with their names in the title same as how your mate ra always manages to get his products pushed here

If people decide to open their own threads and call it whatever they want, there's really nothing I can do about that. I haven't asked anyone to open any threads, and neither will I ever do so. In this case, gel is just passing on our new blog page - because it is ours, he can't exactly call it anything else.
At least I'm spending time here to help forum members, unlike some retailers who never get involved in this sort of thing.
gel, I hope to add a lot to it over the next few weeks - I'm new to doing that sort of thing so it may be a little rough initially until I get the hang of it. Definitely more to come though!

FWIW oneoff I don't think there's anything underhand going on here. If I felt there were we'd be down on it like 1000kg of breezeblocks.
But both FHHF and Musicraft make valuable contributions to this forum, although they're both aware we're extra-vigilant when it comes to this kind of post in case anyone is tempted to overstep the mark.

I find FrankHarvey and Musicraft and other members in the industry who contribute on the forum very knowledgeable and valuable....

Well done, David! I really think the new website is excellent, but you might want to edit the 'About Us' page - quite a few 'it's' to alter before anyone makes jokes about grocers and apostrophes!

Our blog has now been running for almost 6 weeks - does anyone have any feedback? Always looking for room to improve? Anybody find it handy? Too much music? Not enough? More new products needed? Or even anything new people would like to see?

I do actually have a section for that elsewhere (not allowed to mention it here), which lists each of the Frank Harvey and HiFix team with a few words I wrote - but it's more of a tongue-in-cheek paragraph than any official background.
