Why did the Samsung ue40b8000 get less stars than the ue46b8000?

I got the new mag at the weekend and was reading the super test about the 40" tv's and i got to the review about the samsung ue40b8000 and was a bit surprise to see that it only got 4 stars. But a few weeks ago i was reading the review on here about the samsung ue46b8000 and that got 5 stars... Aren't they the same tv but different sizes? so why did the th 40" only get 4 stars. I understand thats the samsung doesnt have the best sounds but i think the picture is very good.
