Which speaker to keep

No need to apologise for anything 👍

Give all three pairs a good listen with your amp.
Make sure they're on stands, preferably with their tweeters at your ear level.
Experiment at your preferred listening level and with the positioning of stands.

Eliminate the 2 worst sounding pairs - keep the remaining pair.

Nobody but you can make the decision.

Where you've described them as "Old" I'm guessing they're not currently being used?
If not sell anything with value and trash the rest ... unless they have sentimental value for some reason or you want a spare pair in case the ones you have ever fail but if they did you'd probably just buy new ones anyway as I'm guessing they're old for a reason ... in other words you've upgraded?

I've had stuff sitting up in the loft for years that I've recently got rid of, some old B & W DM 110's which did have some sentimental value and a few broken amps I was always going to get repaired and never got round to. I've got a CD player and a tuner up there I've yet to uncover and as soon as I find them they'll go as well.

Suddenly reached the point there's no point in storing things I don't need.

Only things I'll kept are 1 working amp as a backup and a pair of Monitor Audio BX1's that I'd use if I upgraded the stereo in the bedroom or may downsize my rears on my surround with this.
