Which Panasonic to fit the following criteria?

Hi guys, looking for a new TV which shouldn't be difficult, but it needs to fit the following criteria and the search bars aren't helping me when searching!

It will be going in my bedroom, but behind a concealed panel in my wardrobe so the main criteria is that it needs to be thin, so I was thinking LCD, but I'm not ruling out plasma if they are thin enough too.

It needs to be around 37-42", no bigger, no smaller as that would be the optimum size to distance ratio from my bed.

I have a hardwired internet port nearby so LAN/ethernet connection for online services would be good.

Freeview HD and/or Freesat HD would be nice, and maybe 3D? Not essential, just nice to have it if I need it! lol

I have had Panasonic for years and cannot fault them, so if it aint broke, don't fix it, but open to other ideas...

Have you a budget?

A friend of mine had a plasma inserted into a chimney breast,but found due to the heat generated by the set the hole was to small,so perhaps you should keep this in mind.

Would like to spend as little as possible as it's only for the bedroom, but up to £800 as Richer Sounds did a good deal with a Blu-Ray player included for £750.

I've demoed this TV. Very very impressive indeed. Accurate colours & sharp picture with good DVD upscaling. I've not checked 3D though.
