which one? Panasonic or Sony tv

I am undesided between the Panasonic TH-42PZ80 and the Sony KDL40W4000, I will be using it form Blu Ray films in the main, both have great reviews.

Have you had a chance to have a look at them? They're both very good and comes down to personal preference more than anything. Also, the Panny is a shade bigger for less cash.
