Which is best?

Like most, I’m on a limited budget and want a new 32’ TV.

I'm tempted by the 2 listed below and would like your opinions please. I also welcome views from fellow readers. And of course if anyone can suggets a better model for under £400 I'm all ears!

Sony KDL-32V4000 £380
