Which dvd player?

Hi,

I am looking for a new dvd player for my tv, my previous sony broke after I dropped it

and I have had to put up with a nasty TECHNICA dvd player from tesco for the past year! I have got a budget of about £100 - I do not have a full hd tv so I only realy need an upscaler but my tv is hd ready (720p). Would be great if anyone could reccomend something for me!
