which 37in should i buy

Please don't expect sonic wonders from any flatscreen TV. But the Panasonic TH-37PX70 is your best bet for both....

This model interests me too. However, I live in Spain. The nearest model code I can find is the TH37PX70E. What is the difference? Is there any information on the internet that explains these changes in model codes?

Wild guess, perhaps, but I'd assume the E denotes a Spanish-market version - maybe different tuner set-up?
