wheres my 5.1 gone?

hi, while im in a very thin walled house im having to use a set of 5.1 headphones(sharkoon x-tatics version 3 (non dts)) with my Sony BDP - S360 Blu-ray Disc Player .Thing is when batman dark knight is playing the dolby digital lights is on, i get normal 5.1 and all is well.BUT when playing wolverine origins all i get is the pro logic light? Am I still getting proper 5.1?.because it doesnt sound quite right?On the audio setup on the bluray the only 5.1 english option is 5.1dts.The only way i can get the dolby digital light back on is to select another language? Both discs are blu rays,and im connecting the headphones with an optical cable.

Sounds like the headphones you have can only handle DD5.1, and not DTS...

nope they dont do DTS like I said,but I can get a 5.1 signal when choosing another language..Is there no way to get a 5.1 signal in english?

reading the specs,i dont think there is.Hope a lot of films dont start leaving off dd5.1. Guess its put up with pro logic(untill i move) or learn to speak spanish. DOH!

Don't think so - the disc-authoring has chosen only DTS for English 5.1, while the other languages are in DD5.1
