Where did my DD and DTS go

I just recently bought the sony 350 bd player and have a Denon 1907 receiver but im baffled why it defaults to two channel and wont pick up DTS or DD for that matter. For some odd reason I have had trouble with this Denon decoding and understanding it, I have had HK's in the past with all the same decoding and it was a no brainer. It worked in the past with my Denon DVD player

Is the player set to bitstream?

Yes I think it is I went into the settings but didnt change anything this just happened out of the blue

Try hitting the "Standard" button (I think) which should put the amp in auto mode. If you haven't touched the player, you might have accidentally changed one of the settings on the amp which is more likely.

Thanks I got it, finally now I can go watch Terminator 2 again only this time with DTS. It was in the player settings? I dont know if it reset and went factory but I had to go in all all of my settings were switched. So thank you d4v3pum4
