Very familiar PJ, grew up in Bournemouth (and nearby right now as visiting folks for Easter). Used to kayak and sail (badly) a bit round there.

Have been in central London for nearly ten years now though. The streets aren't paved with gold and neighbours are seperated by plasterboard, emulsion and little else so listening levels must be carefully controlled. And the matching sub for my speakers is probably out of the question in the interests of good relations with the adjoining flats and Westminster council.

Lots of upsides though - for a start pretty easy to go and see live performance, which I guess is the utlimate in hifi...
