One of the biggest advantages with streaming is the recommendations if gives you for new music, (Something physical media cannot do) so while I have my main ones as posted in the poll, my scope ends up quite wide.

Plenty of tuneful, quality music.
No stuff where singers sound like they're shouting or straining their voices.
Music shouldn't make you feel like the performer is ready to attack someone.

I ticked Rock but its really a mix of Prog Rock/some metal/ambient electronic space music plus the likes of Joni Mitchell & Kate Bush and a smattering of 70's Elton John, Max Richter, Hans Zimmer and some classical too. I have well over 100 different artists in my collection so its hard to narrow down..

The only genre i can think of that i dont own is very heavy rock/head banging music i call it and punk music.

Listening to Vinyl takes patience first you have to find it then you see something that you havent played for years ahh i put that on part of the fun .

what is prog ?

Prog is Progressive Rock, a term coined in the 70's for bands such as Yes, King Crimson, Genesis, Rush. ELP, Jethro Tull and even Pink Floyd to an extent. Prog carried on throughout the 80's despite being lambasted by music critics and is alive and well today albeit underground and obscure.
