What power amp required?

Just bought pair of Mission E82's which I love - Mission recommend 50w to 150w amplifier to drive these speakers (current amp is 25w)
Was planning to pair the speakers with the new Marantz PM6004 and CD player but notice these are "only" rated at 45w.

Being at the low end of what Mission recommend, what benefit would I hear if I went for a higher powered amp than the Marantz?

Any help or guidance appreciated.

You'll gain more control and you'll be able to build a party with a more powerfull amp.

It all depends on what the impedance curve of those speakers looks like, how loud you want your music and how big your room is.
