What In ears for about £100

Take a look in the Hi Fi Forum posts , there is a specific section on headphones.

I've just bought US Superfi 5 vi for £50 ish from Amazon, they retail around £120.00 or so

My notes are in the thread mentioned, butthey do seem pretty darned good for the cash
