So tonight's the night when we reveal all the winners - 104 of them in 26 categories - in the 2015 What Hi-Fi? Awards. The results will go live here on whathifi.com from around 11pm tonight:

Any guesses as to who/what might win?
I think the LG OLED 55EG960v will win best TV award for 55-inches. The Oppo 105d will win best most expensive Blu-Ray player if there is a category in this years. Samsung LEDs 4K TVs are going to win a few awards. Best headphones B&W p7 although the B&W p5 wireless might run it close. iPhones are going to win and iPads. Beat satellite package we go the B&W MT60. Best speaker to Bose Soundlink 2.

I will try and think of some more - oh yeah best noise cancellation headphones to Bose qc25.

And at risk of being sued for libel,

start our own awards, kind of like the Razzies, for the worst hifi products of the year?

As well as all the usual categories, I would suggest adding one for the most egregious complete load of ball-cocks product of the year. Things like, I dunno, rare earth magnets to plant under your carpet to improve the picture on your 4K TV, or special alloy you've never heard of spiikes to rest your turntables on because you know plain stainless steel just doesn't have the same audiphile qualities, or for that matter turntable mats made from the skins of endangered wombats from the South Pole or something....

We could call it the Russ What-his-Name Award *biggrin*

Best Amp under £1000 - Abrahamsen V2.0 UP

Best Amp under £3000 - Hegel 160

Most frustrating hi-fi experience - What Hi-Fi forum pages!

I'd agree with all of those though I might put the V2.0UP into the less than £3K......*biggrin* , however we should remember we all use this as a free service and at the end of the day we all have to make money other wise they would not do it for us.

It's like going to a Soup Kitchen, queuing for an hour and being served a small amount of cold soup in a paper bowl and given a fork to eat it with...and the paper bowl disintegrates before you've finished!

The Andrew Russells Award? Might upset one of the main advertisers though!

"The Golden Zapperator"?

CD upgrade labels. 11 quid a set To "remember which CDs you've treated" with his cleaning stuff.

Pack of 270 stick-on stars on Amazon.co.uk - one Pound thirteen (sorry, no Pound key on my American keyboard).

Cleaning stuff? I always found what couldn't be cured with a dab of Hairy Lipsquid and tap water (not demineralised, passed through a unicorn's bladder or other silly stuff) usually requires a deep abrasive resurfacing followed by polishing.

I was hoping for some new breeds of amplification to be coming through this year, but oh well never mind. :-/

On a good note though I do like the TV reviews ;)

Everybody knows the superiority of active speakers. So where are they ?

You should be asking that question to the AVI Fuhrer. The last time WHFI & Gramophone tested their actives they had to purchase them. Old Ash doesn't, apparently, want to play ball.

AVI is one very, very tiny little company who just happen to make active loudspeakers for the domestic market. They didn't invent them, or make the best ones, or sell the most. They were making an all passive range until relatively recently (less than a decade ago) even under their present ownership.

Their present owner should not be credited (as you are doing) with any leadership of, or representation of, or with being some spokesman or pioneer amongst the world of active loudspeaker/monitor manufacturers who generally dwarf his company (especially in the pro. equipment arena).
