What happened?

I was just about to purchase a DAC from Laiv when I suddenly saw this news. Does anyone know if it's true or if the company is involved in any disputes?

I saw an announcement from Vinshine recently that they and Denafrips have parted company. But I don’t know the issues, nor the merits of any of the DACs mentioned.

However, there are dozens of DACs out there and I think it’s folly to imagine only one or two brands have the secret ingredient!
