Got a Blu-ray player infact, so could you partner the 3 together and listen to just music? Thanks!

I've not heard them but the price is tempting. Going by past threads just about anything and everything was suggested which doesn't help.

I was thinking about the Marantz amp now just £895:

Get a nice cheap stand to sit it all on, and listen to just my music, any ideas on stands? Cheers.

Bargains as usual.

Hegel Rost at £890 from Musicraft is a good deal or Hegel H90 for £600.

As to stands I'd get the electronics first as you might just go too big doing it the other way round.

Is your room big enough for these speakers?

I like the musical performance of the marantz. It's nice and warm to my ears. The price at 800 pounds is very reasonable for the bucket full of functionality you get. Streaming, Nas setup, room correction everything in one peice.

Marantz are the dealers in Japan for B&W. But still a audition will be safer.

Too effing big speakers that love a larger room and power, and you'll need too effing big amp as well.

I'd be more interested in Bowers & Wilkins 705 S2 for the size of your room, and the Pioneer will power them with ease.

Cheers guys! I think I will pass on that idea then, perhaps one day when I have my own listening room.

Hi Vlad, you know when you said Pioneer did you mean Blu-ray player or amp? And would it be possible with just Blu-ray player? Cheers.
