What A/V System to go with new Panasonic Plasma?

Hello I am getting a new plasma/A/V system for a friend and need some help. The plasma will be the new Panasonic TH42PZ80 but he wants a A/V system that will be not only be great with DVD’s but also music. He wants small speakers and has around a £1,000 for the A/V system. I am thinking of going for the all in one Sony DAVIS10 or the Onkyo TXSR605, Panasonic DMPBD30 player but don’t know what speaker package?

So you're looking at style speaker packages for around £300 if I've got my sums right yes? In which case, I'd look at the Jamo A102 HCS5 package or the KEF 1005 or the Tannoy SFX 5.1 systems.
