Hi hope somebody can help me ?
I have Diamond 9.1 speakers at present love them great little speakers with my CA system with DacMagic. Hs anyone out ther compared these directly against the Wharfedale Diamond 10.1 ? if so is it worth me selling 9.1s on ebay and shelling out 200 quid?
Thanks all

Hi Crang,

It's a relatively inexpensive upgrade, so it doesn't hurt much to try. I think the change is incremental, however.

Speakers that are a range higher might give you a more worthwhile upgrade (ang might waste less money in the long run).

Regards,

Even though I'm a huge Wharfedale fan, if you're looking at a substantial upgrade you should be aiming around £400-£500 mark. Something like EB Acoustics or Epos M12's (budget allowing) should be fine with Cambridge gear.

Thanks for taking time out to reply. As for upgrade, to be honest I am quite happy with my CA540C 540A and DacMagic I have quite good interconnects ,speaker leads , far too much really system price under 1000 pounds yet 400 spent on cables over the top got all for future u/g .I am getting SMC11s later this year also a CA840 A for balanced inputs + level 2 upgrade for DM.Its all good really, I heard a 5 grand AV system recently , frankly mine sounds better 2 channel wise?
Thanks
