WAV/Lossless - Help

Hi All,

Just about to upgrade my old iPod mini to the new 160gb classic and I'd like to copy my cd's in the best format for sounds quality. From reading the posts this seems to be WAV or Apple Lossless. I'm used to sticking the CD in my laptop and hitting 'import' in itunes.

Can someone explain how I copy Cds in these formats please?

Ok, in menu order you need to go to:

- iTunes

- Preferences

- Advanced

- Importing

You''ll then see a drop-down menu called 'Import Using' - pick WAV or Lossless encoder from that.

Everytime you hit the import button after that, it'll be ripped in the higher format you've chosen.
