Hi. I have a pair of Orpheus Nexus speakers that I want to use as surround speakers. I want to use wall mount brackets so I can angle them down a bit to the listening position (ie, sitting on the couch not standing up!).
What I want to know is can I drill screw holes in the back for the wall mount without damaging the speakers? They do not have pre-drilled holes nor mounting brackets already.
cheers

thanks Joel. I'll have to take a trip back to Bunnings. But would drilling a screw hole be detrimental?

If the speakers are sealed, yes - I wouldn't advise it if they are ported even and you'll probably void the warranty if it still has one.

thnks, Hughes. The speakers are ported. They are well out of warranty so that's not an issue but stuffing them up is!

I guess I was a bit iffy before about drilling but I think I might look for the grips or failing that, shelves.

cheers
