Used Oppo Blu-Ray player £300 was £900!

There are talks about Dolby changing its TrueHD codec for Atmos, resulting in some players (including Oppo 93) causing audio dropouts even with TrueHD. According to Oppo, this cannot be corrected with a firmware update.

i hope Denon produce an update for 3313 BD player. I only bought this last year.......

I think only players more than 2 years old may be affected. Are you having any audio dropouts?

no not currently. However, you know how it goes they will start when new films come out with atmos ...

Transformers was fine on my Pioneer 71, my Samsung looks problem free too - fingers crossed.
