upscaling - ps3 or onkyo 906

whats the best way for me to upscale dvd my ps3 or my onkyo n906 .and is there a firmware update for the n906

I'd be surprised if it wasn't the PS3, but the ultimate answer is to try it for yourself and see which you prefer.

(I have a similar set up - PS3 to Onkyo 905).

Not much difference in PQ, butI've found that PS3 upscales better.
