+1 to this. Or save for a P3 + Elys2 at least (or a Nagaoka mp150). You can later upgrade the P3 to close to P6 (only plinth material would be different) should you feel the need to.In my opinion going from a £250 turntable to a £400 turntable isn't going to offer much of an improvement and could possibly be the opposite. The Rega will come with a different cartridge and it is this that will make the main difference to the sound.
I would simply upgrade the cartridge on the AT
