This was my main worry when I received the emergency alert, especially with increasing conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

Glad someone’s on my wavelength. If ever that alarm goes off at some point (that isn’t a test), the first thing I’d be thinking is WWIII - and the bombs are already on their way. Probably enough to give some people a heart attack.

The text was all in German and was alluding to a test. I clicked ok to turn it off.

I remember when living in Sweden the alarms would go off every 3 months as a system check. Was fun watching people who were not aware it testing day.

was set up to warn of Russian atacks after WW2.
