A friend of mine spent some time telling me how he intended to bi-wire his system with two amps. Being very new to the two channel hifi world i just nodded and ooed and ahhed in the right places, all the while having not the slightest clue what he was talking about. I understood bi-wiring to mean that your amp could popwer the tweater and woofer indipendantly. Would someone be so kind as to enlighten me? What does my friend intend to do? And more importantly, WHY?
